How do I get to Godstoneberry?

There are bus stops directly outside the farm entrance. Please see our ‘HOW TO FIND US‘ page HERE for timetables details and additional transport options.

There is also an additional FREE BUS SERVICE from Oxted to the Festival on Friday & Saturday. Please see our FREE BUS SERVICE page HERE for details and times.

What times is the festival open?

The festival opens at 4pm on Friday for VIP’s who have sponsored a barrel, and 5pm for ticket holders. Live Music runs until 10pm when last orders are taken. Saturday opens at 11am until last orders at 10pm and Sunday from 11am until last orders at 6pm(ish!)

Will I be able to park at the Festival?

Yes! However we recommend public transport (visit our HOW TO FIND US page HERE) so that you can make the most of the beer, however if you are driving then you will be able to park your car in one of the farm fields (however this is at your own risk!) *Please do not even think about drinking and driving!*

Can I pay with cash or card in the festival?

The festival uses it own currency called the ‘Berry‘ and this is the only method of payment at all bars and food.  Berries can be purchased pound for pound at the BOX OFFICE (at the festival entrance), or at the BUREAU DE CHANGE located inside the festival site. There is no extra charge for this. The bureau de change will be open until 9pm, and you can use either cash or card here to obtain your currency.

Can I exchange Berries back for cash?

Berries are non refundable, so please do only purchase what you think you will need. There is however a donation box at the exit where unspent ‘Berries‘ can be deposited. Donations will be given to local charitable organisations. This year we are supporting The Orpheus Centre – An independent specialist college in Godstone for young disabled adults with a passion for the performing arts.

Can I buy a Godstoneberry Glass?

Yes! Pre-bought tickets (either online or from the Flower Farm Shop) include a festival glass (and your first drink on us!) Gate purchases do not include a free drink or festival glass but glasses can be purchased for just £1. Replacement glasses are also £1. Festival glasses are to keep, so please take yours home with you (and bring it back if you are attending on other days!). Please note however that your glass must be empty when leaving the site.

Will I still enjoy Godstoneberry if I don’t like beer?

YES. There are several additional bars serving prosecco, cider, pimms and gin, alongside plenty of soft drinks too. See our Bars page HERE

Will there be any cricket at the festival?

No, we promise there will be no cricket of any kind whatsoever, so fear not, you will not be subjected to any stray balls, or any of the nonsense that accompanies this ‘sport’.

Is Godstoneberry a family-friendly festival?

Yes. Children are most welcome throughout the festival weekend, and under 18’s are free all weekend (but must have obtained a free ticket and be accompanied by a ticket holding adult). See our ticket page HERE.

Friday is geared more towards adults, whereas Saturday and Sunday will have children’s entertainment and family activities on offer. Click HERE for further details.

Do you have disabled access?

Yes. The whole of the site is accessible by wheelchairs, though please bear in mind the festival site is entirely on a field, so the ground may be uneven in places. There will also be a disabled toilet.

What food will be on offer?

There will be a varied selection of festival food, including vegetarian and child-friendly options. Please see our food pages HERE for more information.

Can I leave the site and re-enter on the same day?

Yes. On entry your ticket will be swapped for a festival band. You can then leave the festival site and re-enter throughout the day just by showing your band at the entry gate. Please note that last entry / re-entry is at 9pm.

Can I bring my dog?

We welcome all well-behaved dogs to Godstoneberry (no ticket needed). But we do ask you to remember that there will be children around, so please clear up after your dog, and be aware of others at all times. Your dog is your responsibility.

Can I camp?

We will be providing an area to pitch a tent near to the festival site for those of you brave enough, however please note that this will be just that – a place to pitch your tent, not a campsite. (There won’t be any porcelain in sight, the only facilities available will be those on the festival site). Please see our dedicated CAMPING PAGE HERE for further details *You will not be allowed to turn up and pitch a tent unannounced, pitches must be booked in advance*

Can I work / volunteer at the festival?

We currently have a full compliment of staff for 2018, although we are always thrilled to hear from anyone who wishes to be involved, so please do get in contact with us (we are very nice!). As the festival grows we will be looking for more help and would love to hear from you now! info@godstoneberry.com

What can’t I do at Godstoneberry?

Bring your own food or drink onto the festival site (unless special dietary requirement or baby food etc), Be under the influence of, or be carrying any illegal substances. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and we ask that you please know your limits with alcohol. Anyone who our bar staff or security deem to be too intoxicated, or displaying any of the behaviour mentioned above, will be removed from the festival site.
