Nicky at Short and Sweet Bakery was always known as ‘the lady that bakes’, her go-to brownie recipe was a real favourite and for years she dreamt of baking full time. She now makes a selection of decadent, gluten free and vegan brownies and blondies.

Wilma’s Ice Cream

Enjoy some delicious (and fun looking) ice cream, coffee, smoothies or milkshakes from Wilma’s Ice Cream van.


In line with our sustainability policy, and keeping our carbon footprint to a minimum, the majority of our gourmet food stalls hail from Surrey and Kent, and serve up their locally sourced produce in fully recyclable formats. All food stalls have the obligatory Five Star Food Hygiene Rating.
