Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are only available through this website – The ticket page is HERE.
How are tickets priced?
Godstoneberry is exceptional value! Tickets are almost half that of comparably sized events across the U.K!
How is this possible we hear you ask?
Here at the farm we are able to offer all the fantastic features and an amazing line up because the festival is held on our own land, we build the festival site, stages, bars and sets ourselves, and create the entire festival in-house. We use our own marquees, structures and equipment and even have our own on-site brewery! All this means that your ticket money goes towards the event content and enables us to provide you with the full festival experience for a very reasonable price, in addition to being considerably more environmentally friendly!
Please note that the first release of tickets are the lowest price tickets, and will be available for a limited period only. As more acts and features are announced ticket prices will increase! So don’t leave it too long if you want the best deal!
What ticket types are available?
The festival will sell out this year, and in order to accommodate weekend visitors (which are in the majority), it is not possible to purchase Saturday only tickets. In order to attend on Saturday you will need to purchase a weekend ticket. This enables us to keep the weekend ticket price low, making it cost effective if you only wish to attend on two days, and incredible value if you are coming to all three!
Adult Friday only tickets remain on offer. Sunday only tickets for adults, teens and children are also available.
Under 18’s are welcome at all times, however please note that children’s activities and entertainment is provided predominately on Saturday and Sunday. As such Friday only tickets are not available separately to under 18’s. A weekend ticket will be required for teen & children to be able to attend on Friday evening.
Children under 6 years old are free, but remember that they must still have a ticket, so don’t forget the little ones!
What methods of payment are accepted when buying tickets?
The payment method is chosen on the checkout page. Payment can be made via PayPal, either with or without a PayPal account (PayPay accept credit card payments as an option), or with any Debit or Credit Card directly through our website (in which case the payments are processed by Stripe). Payment is made through a secure SSL portal.
Is there a booking fee?
No. There are no booking or scan fees charged, and no extra charges. All the ticket money goes towards putting on a great event!
How do I receive my tickets?
E-tickets are issued automatically, immediately after the transaction is completed. You will receive an email with a breakdown of your order along with barcoded e-tickets. Please check your spam / junk folder if no tickets emails are received within a few hours of purchase.
If children under 6 are FREE, why do they need a ticket?
Everyone must be allocated a ticket in order that capacity and numbers can be monitored. Please don’t forget to add any FREE under 6 tickets when purchasing adult tickets. Please remember that all under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder over the age of 18 when entering the festival.
What do I need to bring to the festival to gain entry?
Please print your ticket e-mail along and bring it with you the festival, or ensure your order email and barcodes are available to present on your mobile device. Your e-tickets will be scanned at the gate and exchanged for appropriate wristbands.
Do I need I.D?
The festival operates a Challenge 25 policy. Anyone who is lucky enough to appear to be under the age of 25 will be required to provide I.D. at the gate. Acceptable I.D. is either passport, photo driving licence, or hologram PASS card. Anyone with an adult ticket who is unable to provide I.D. will be issued with an under 18 wristband, and will not be able to buy or consume alcohol at the festival.
Can I leave and return?
Yes, your wristband allows you to leave and come back to the festival at any time for which it is valid, however, please note that the last entry time with a ticket or wristband is 9.30pm on Friday & Saturday, and 5pm on Sunday.
Can I bring my own food / drink or a picnic?
It is not permitted to bring any food or drink onto the festival site., with the exception of infant foods and any special dietary requirements. A full array of festival food and snacks will be available to purchase. Please be aware that for safety and security reasons bags will be searched by our friendly regulated security team at the entrance.
Are dogs allowed?
Godstoneberry – Yes! You can bring your dog. All we ask is that you keep your furry friend on a lead, and clear up any mess.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you make a mistake when purchasing your tickets, we offer a seven-day money back guarantee which will remain in operation until the 7th August. We discourage selling or buying unused tickets privately, as these may simply be copied and will not be valid at the gate. Buyer beware! Once the event is sold out, we will offer a re-sale option for extra or spare tickets, whereby these can be re-issued through our website at face value and refunded to the original purchaser.
I’ve lost my ticket, or think someone may have copied my ticket?
Please email us tickets@godstoneberry.com. We will cancel the e-tickets issued to you (the original e-tickets will no longer be void for entry and will be invalid when scanned) and replacements tickets will then be issued.
Will tickets be available on the gate?
It is likely that the event will sell out completely, and no gate tickets will be available. The only way to guarantee entry is to purchase your tickets in advance.
