Godstoneberry is a Family Festival and there’s multiple activities for all ages!
The full list of activities for 2020, along with lots of new additions, will be announced later in the year.
The activities that were on offer at the festival in 2019 are listed below.
Hot Air Balloon Rides!
Take to the skies above Godstone – An amazing experience everyone should try!
We have several balloons at the festival, one may even be a gigantic beer glass!
(Please note that these are tethered flights and of course subject to favourable weather conditions!!!)
Giant Silent Disco
The incredibly popular silent disco returns to the festival but three times bigger, with three channels and a ecliptic range of tunes to party to. Great fun for big and small kids!
Using Olympic Recurve bows, archers take aim at traditional straw target for the quintessential English country feel to the activity. So, grab your merry men, enrol Robin Hood, Legolas, Katniss Everdeen and give it a go!
Our Archery GB qualified instructors are always on hand to ensure participant safety and enjoyment. For ages 8 and over.
Laser Clay Pidgeon Shooting
Using a Lasersport Laser Clay system up to 5 people at a time can shoot at any time. Targets launched from an automatic clay trap giving a consistent results. When the trigger of the converted shotgun is pulled, the digital scoreboard generates the shotgun sound effect and if the clay or target is hit, the sound of a breaking clay is produced. 100% authentic, except no kick-back, and its totally safe! For ages 8 and over.
Our 7.2m mobile wall features 4 separate climbing faces, each with 2 different climbing routes. Staffed by qualified climbing instructors for peace of mind, climbers are kitted out with a fully fitted harness and given a short brief before being attached to a hydraulic auto-belay line. Slow and steady, or race to the top its up to you! – For ages 6 and over.
Full nine hole course set in tennis course size area. Great fun for all ages!
The Godstone Dance Academy brings their dance experience to the festival with a few surprises on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

Family Comedy Show – Jonny Awsum
Jonny returns to the festival, this time bringing his full hour long family show to the Amphitheatre Stage on Saturday afternoon. Jonny rose to fame on Britian’s Got Talent, check out his sketch with Ant & Dec below! Not to be missed, whether you are 8 or 80!
The majority of family entertainment is completely free, however please note that some of the bigger attractions (Hot Air Balloons, Mini Golf, Archery, Laser Clay Shooting & The Photobooth) will require a small donation, simply to enable fair access! Face painting is free for all under 18’s although to give the kids a chance, there is a nominal charge for any adults who want to join in! All profits from any donations made will be distributed amongst the charities and local good causes supported by the event.
